Nothing special felt rather naff in all honesty. I keep wanting to see improvements but am not really making changes and structuring my week well so not surprising that I'm not seeing them.

Couldn't motivate myself to get for an easy trudge this evening so just decided to have a rest evening. Some foam rolling and some stretching.

First session with HHH of the year. Nice to be back doing the hard stuff. Pretty aweful conditions so hard to run into the wind.

Time to start planning weekly training a bit better to get some good consistency.

Gentle one around the normal loop in grim conditions. Hadn't planned to run as have loads of work to do at the moment but WiFi not working at home so very little I can do.
