Running 1:04:24 [3] 13.14 km (4:54 / km) +111m 4:42 / km

Not quite the normal Sunday long run but still getting over last weekend and trying to be careful on the knee. Considering visit to the physio.

Also entered the Spine Race Challenger today (108 miles self navigated along the Pennine Way in January) so time to start planning the training for the year.

Starting back with the S and C.
Glute bridges, clams, banded knee raises, planks, crunches and leg raises

Just an easy one. Little bit of a worrying niggle in right knee. Reminiscent of an injury I had a couple years ago. Time to get back into the S and C.

Orienteering Racing race 37:47 [3] 6.15 km (6:09 / km) +19m 6:03 / km

Nice easy run around Barnes Night O long course. Just focusing on enjoying the navigation. Wasn't especially accurate but wasn't particularly bothered about the results.

Definitely should make the most of these week night Os just so I can keep up some of the basic map reading whilst living in the big city.
