Longy in Scotland. Staying up in Glencoe for the week with the plan to do some winter mountaineering bit unfortunately Storm Ciara has other ideas for now. Hopefully get up higher in a few days time but will depend on the avalanche risk.

For now it was just a fairly easy 20k on the forest tracks. Did a slight deviation to practice a little bit of Mountain Marathon style navigation but nothing major. As always despite a not very exciting route Scotland delivered with it's stunned natural beauty and horrendous weather.

Another round of the old classic WWW (Wiles' Wild Workout).
Clams, glute bridges, monster walks, single leg deadlifts, banded knee pulls and then some core work.

Current plan is to 'keep the hard day's hard' so S and C after long run on Sunday, after track on Tuesdays and then after hills (when I go) on Thursdays.

To and from work. So cold on the way in and then shower at work wasn't very warm so not ideal.

Similar session to Monday just building up the glute, core and hoop strength again slowly and getting the body used to each exercise. Once I'm used to it again in a few weeks will start to do some more serious exercises

Running an errand

Really not happy about my knee. Over a year injury free and this one has reoccurred. Hoping to catch it early but need to be sensible
