Got up at 2:30am and went to the Relay for Life vigil to relieve my work colleagues. Walked (fast) around the track for 3 hours so the others could get some sleep. At 6am I went home to bed.

I found this to be a very tough course - well probably that's because of the terrain. Took ages, made some errors, and got back really tired. This was the hardest physical challenge for me since Cooma in October last year. Glad to have done it.

Lovely forest run with Neil; felt good because this didn't hurt like other runs have done in recent months, weeks, days....
Had just done some gluteal stretches and massages with the foam roller.
