Tone up session with weights. It was a cold dry evening, and we had to keep moving to keep warm. Good session!

The steep northern end of the Mandyrang map. I felt that I was slowed down by ill-fitting o-shoes (feet were slipping around and I was worried that my ankle woul roll badly, So was quite tentative.

Tone up session tonight, with free weights. Followed up by a soup night with so many flavours that I had to try as many as possible - so full!

This event was in the vague terrain of Mosquito Creek. I had a HUGE error on the 4th control and a couple of minor errors on other controls. My new shoes are too sloppy and my feet were not being well supported. I was quite happy with my running and with the distance.

Cardio max session tonight. After our warm up we headed off around the lake, running 100m then doing increasing numbers of squats. Ran around 4.5km in total, and must have done nearly 300 squats. Warm thighs!

Last Pilates class; this was very challenging. We started off with some tough back exercises, ended up with burning abs!
