Did a hills loop; Rowan MacKenzie with a couple of diversions. Clearly I wasn’t in good form, I felt very sluggish and found this hard. Had to take a few short walks.

Continued a walk around Bendigo through the bush. We started at Phyllis St, walked around the east side of Sandhurst Res, along the top of the Big Hill range for a bit, across the Calder and through The Crusoe Heights Forest. We crossed Crusoe Rd, walked through Dead Bullock Gully area, crossed Lockwood Rd, and north through Brown Reef toRocky Rises Rd, where we had a car waiting. Lovely day for a walk in the forest

Took 2 sessions at the oval, each with 2 participants. It was 0 degrees when I arrived, and there was a heavy frost on the grass. We did several circuits of the oval with exercise stops along the way, mat based exercises with shuttle runs, some skips and lots of sumo squats.

Did pretty much the Same loop as Sunday’s run, but in reverse, and found it a very long slow slog up the creek trail from the Thales factory to the Long Gully water park, then a sharper hill climb up Happy Valley Rd. At least the last km was downhill to home. Enjoying some longer runs this week...

Put in a longer than usual run. From home, up Lily St, over the hill, down Happy Valley Rd to the Long Gully path. Followed this going north-ish to Peppergreen farm, around the back of that, behind the lake and home Via Rosalind Park and MacKenzie St. So many people at the lake, it’s impossible to maintain physical distance there today.

Ran with Neil through his scraplands areas including along a creek with no trail, where the weeds were shoulder height. We tried to avoid much road running.

Ran the hills loop (Rowan-MacKenzie) In the opposite direction, so had the same hills but the uphills were longer and the downhills were short and sharp. Also added the Rosalind Park hill ascent to this. Felt strong most of the time, but the Hill up Rodan Street from the Golden Square wastelands was punishingly long and I had to walk a bit along Wade Lane.

Took 2 x 45min enduro HIIT sessions back to back at Strathfieldsaye, for 2 people at each session. The 1st group had 3 People participating remotely... the distance is a guess, over the 2 sessions.

Took 2 x 45 min Enduro HIIT classes this morning at Strathfieldsaye. Each class had 2 people attending, and there were 3 people working remotely on their own near the earlier class.

Took a low impact session with 2 young mums who are trying to lose weight and get fitter. It was lovely to realise that they value this.

Attended my last group session for 6 weeks.enjoyed going to a caf3 and having a coffee with friends afterwards too; I’ll miss both of those things, that I used to take for granted.....

Went on a bushwalking with Prue, starting at Wildflower Drive (Northern end), through One Tree Hill, Norfolk Hero, Kangaroo Gully, and across Kangaroo Flat to Prue‘s place. It was a good walk, very enjoyable, before we can’t....
