| This morning my achillies tendon was sore again, so I cut this run short. Disappointing, because it has been feeling really good. I'd taken the heel raiser out of my shoe - maybe that contributed to the re-emergence of pain.
Two hot air balloons were moving quickly across the neighbourhood, at quite a low altitude, upsetting every dog within a kilometre. |

| Spent 4 hours wandering all over the Mt Korong map checking out control sites. Parts of the map are very steep, and I want to use these parts for the event in June. I can't claim it as training, but I was pretty stuffed afterwards. Mybe I could claim there was an aspect of navigation training. |

| Rest day, and after visiting the physio, I don't want to run. The injury seems to be a little tear in the soleus muscle, so I'll be doing the usual things to help those little fibres fell a bit better.... |
