First long run in my training for the Melbourne half on 7th October. Training starts today. Felt good, ran in the late afternoon along bush tracks near home. It was cold and drizzly all day - so very good for running.

A cute little fun event on Ian Johnson's new map.
The area is very small but complex, and we had a scatter O format today. Very good fun!

Early morning jog with Ceira. Rolled my ankle in a small spoon drain on the footpath. It came good, and after a while I was able to continue running.

Taking slightly longer route to and fr4om work these days, with more hill. It's not because of the training advantage, it's more because I am trying to avoid major roadworks.
