Very warm this morning - needed the water I took. Ran through Brown's Reef for 46mins then U turned within half a km of the Lockwood Rd.This is the longest run I've done since November. Next time I'll go all the way to Lockwood Rd.

Took the bike to Eaglehawk & back. Whilst this isn't essentially part of my 'training program', it was exercise, and adding it to my log helps me keep track of how much exercise I'm doing.

The distance is a guess - I'd not run this route previously. Started running before 8.30am, and the temp rose dramatically while I was running.

Monday Dec 31

Early run, before work. This was the 3rd consecutive day when the temp was around 40 degrees at home. Didn't ride to work today.
