Beautiful morning for a local run in the bush - a pretty tame follow the tracks sort of run. Next weekend's half marathon won't be a PB - I'll be very glad to make the distance; I'll just have to not bother about goal times or who is in front or behind.

Jogged around the A course after orienteering today, to collect controls. Only collected 6 of the controls; but it was a good course - Darryl Fleahy is a good course setter - he always likes to put in a ridge route option, and he tricked me on this one today - I started out on the correct ridge and assumed I'd just follow one line, but went right off course, very easily.
