Did the lake run form home after work. Felt quite good, and this was the fastest and most consistent run for quite a while.

Hill run with Neil after work - Rowan-MacKenzie circuit - 'the full MacKenzie'. Wasn't able to keep the running legs happening on the southern end of Rowan St - I think this was an after work thing. Both early mornings I have done this run it's been a lot easier.
