Ran the full Rowan Mackenzie loop. Felt and was slow.

Local orienteering event. I was very slow; ran out of puff quite early in the course ( no lunch prior to running?) made a few errors, but had trouble maintaining a good speed throughout. Was the slowest runner on course 1. This was the local relay, so whomever I was teamed with would have been happy that at least there was no chance of having to set courses and organise for next year!
