This was my first 'long run' since the Run Melbourne. I jogged along the creek towards Kangaroo Flat and turned around at Lockwood Rd. Beautiful weather. Went past Golden Square football club where there was a large social event going on. The senior footy team played in a grand final yesterday against Strathfieldsaye. I wonder which side won?

What a lovely place to spend Saturday afternoon! Mt Korong is a great place to orienteer. I still didn't have a clean run, and was too tired to run the up hill legs near the end of the course.

Powerflex session at Lake Weeroona this morning. Lovely stretching! Locked my keys in the car, went for coffee afterwards, and Neil met us at the Boardwalk.

Ran at lunchtime up onto Kalimna ridge via the golf course. Lovely day for this, but lots of hill running made it difficult. Will have to repeat this each week to help my fitness.
