Ran to lake Weeroona with Ilka. Passed the Step into Life group on their way to coffee. They had finished their running.

Orienteering on a warm spring day at Kooyoora. The vegetation on 3 legs of the course was thicker than mapped, and the dead dry wattle sticks ripped the skin on my arms a bit. Back at the finish there were soo many bush flies that we needed to keep moving. Added another 2 Kms to collect some controls.

Ride to Work day, and I joined a group of Mt Alexander Shire employees who rode from Bendigo to Castlemaine. We took the freeway route, because the curvy narrow alternative was considered more risky at that time of the morning.
