This was the first cardio-flex session. I ran there from home and walked home afterwards.

Run to the lake from home and a circuit of the lake, as the warm up for the stretching session.

morning run with Neil (this doesn't happen very often during the working week). We just ran up and down the creek. Finally we can use the path along the Bendigo drain which has been closed for upgrades for many months.

We went running from the lighthouse along the clifftop towards Gunnamatta beach. It was good to run on sand.
