Ran with a group from Step into Life, from the lake to Rosalind Park where we started hill reps. One of the group members fainted, so we had a subdued run back to the lake while Mick etc got the car and transported her back. She recovered quickly.

Went for a run after work up and down the creek which was very swollen from a recent downpour in Bendigo. It was very humid, so the sweat is now pouring.....

Sooo hot and muggy this evening! we took it a bit easy but persisted slowly. Phew! Glad I went, because I'd been feeling quite sore from Monday's double session.

First tone up for the year. used 3kg weights because I need to be careful of my fractured rib. It was ok this morning. This was the first 9:15am session for me. I'm usually at work at that time of day. Aiming to fit another session in this afternoon.

2nd tone up session for the day. Today we did lots of slow reps with low weights-very-slow -reps! Ouch!
