Ran along the water channel with Ceira from Sandhurst Reservior. It was an out and back run, and the GPS was paused for about 300m of the distance. Ceira had problems with abdominal stitch, so we walked about a km on the way back. Lovely cool morning with a breeze from the south east. Very enjoyable training run.

Cardio session that had us running hard, with about 5 laps of the oval as well as alternating ( with a partner) to run then do push-ups, squats, planks, mountain climbers, etc between runs around the cones. Got us all working hard!
