Went to tone up this evening , but got there a bit early and jogged a couple of laps of the lake (3km). Then found out that a fitness evaluation was planned for this session. So, there was a 2km time trial (just over 10mins), push-ups: 20, sit ups: 30, shoulder press: 37 with 2x5kg weights, 35 weighted squats, 2min stage 3 plank, 14 sprints in 90secs. There would have been an addition km jogging between the oval, start of the run, collecting others from their run. Jenny told me I should be using 6kg weights, and I agree that the 5s are easier to lift, but I'm a bit wary of the risk of shoulder injury...
