Lovely intense stretch session this morning. Its been a few weeks since I attended this session and I've really missed it.

Walked around the 'easy' orienteering course today with a family who was doing it for the first time. I'm glad I went with them because it was very difficult for an 'easy' grade course.
Probably only went 4 kms at orienteering. I added the 1.5 km jog from this morning's powerflex session to this distance.
