Back at Browns Reef orienteering at Andrews Dam. Great courses set by Leisha and Karina. I didn't go hard today, especially since I copped out of doing the great ocean road half marathon. Walked a little too. Beautiful day to be orienteering. I was sad for the bush - it's been so dry, and the last planned burn has reduced the understory so much, with loss of growth and biodiversity.

Went for a run after work. Wanted to test out my hamstring. Wasn't so bad, but still decided to cop out of going to Apollo Bay because I don't feel like doing it this year.

Cardio session, with different drills, running and power walking. Hamstring was annoying me.
