Spent some time doing practice runs on some of the courses I'm setting for Saturday week. Did 3 courses and lots of contours! Used it for hill training and ran up all the hills I could.

Cardio tonight was interval training. I was fatigued after orienteering at Mt Tarrengower today, but felt better at the end of the session than at the start.
