Orienteering on the new White Hill No.4 map that Neil has mapped this year. pretty spectacular terrain which was intricate in detail, and hard navigating around the place. I took ages out there, was very slow, had trouble reading the vegetation detail on the map in places, and ended up missing one control.Thanks Neil!
This was the fitness evaluation. Most of this was done indoors, including the sprint repetitions. We didn't do the usual 2km time trial because it was raining.
