Staying at a conference centre at Hepburn Springs, needed a morning run after a sit fest yesterday and another expected today.....
It was pouring rain and I had a pathetic little tourist mud map - ran along the main road and along some gravel tracks across some paddocks and along old vehicle tracks in the forest. This run involved lots of up and down, so it was a good hill session and so much water - got drenched....

Went for a slow trail jog with Louise this morning. She worked out the route and ran with the map - I just had to keep up and go the right way when told. Glad t have done this distance and time - its a good start for my summer training.Thanks Louise!
