Step into Life group (Cardiomax) 1:00:00 [3] 5.89 km (10:11 / km)
shoes: Asic3000

Attended the early morning cardio session because I was awake early after dreaming about alarm clock times and trying to meet people early in the morning for running. Weird dream, but maybe there's a message. Good training session with interval work and endurance running.

orienteering 44:06 [3] 6.5 km (6:47 / km)
shoes: Innov8 bright

After experiencing a clean run yesterday, I really let myself down today. Put on my lazy brain and attempted to run in a general direction from 1to 2. Lost my way and wasted9 minutes there. Lost another minute with lazy brain on leg 7, 2 minutes on leg 8 and 7 minutes on leg 10. I don't quite understand how I ended up running so far on a 2.4km course, but I seemed to be running a lot....
The great thing about today's event is that Prue ran a flawless course - fantastic effort on her 3rd run in sand dunes! When we left, she was 1st on the finish list for the W55age class.

orienteering 36:42 [3] **** 3.53 km (10:24 / km)
shoes: Innov8 bright

Day 2 at Pittwater dunes. Another quite intense navigational challenge. I didn't make errors today, so I'm really pleased with my run. I have a feeling this wasn't as hard as yesterday.

orienteering 41:07 [4] ***** 2.3 km (17:53 / km)
shoes: Innov8 bright

Orienteering on the Pittwater map today near Hobart. We are here for 3 days to practice on sand dunes as practice for New Zealand next month. This is the only terrain similar to that near Auckland in Australia. It's intense navigating! I was quite pleased wit my run. I lost about 10 mins on one control. I managed the remainder of them quite cleanly, never perfect.
