Jogged to the top of Mt Majura and back. Actually, the last part of the climb was more of a stagger.... it was very steep. Cold morning; itad been only -6 degrees and there was a heavy frost.

Ran course 1 from last Saturday's orienteering event on the Bullock Track map. The course is 7.5km in a straight line, but I ran further, as my navigation was rusty. I think the problem was worse because light levels were low and I wasn't wearing my glasses. It's a very grey forest and today the light seems very grey too. I wasn't seeing the contours very well. Neil was running along too, lucky for me because he pulled me up when I made a couple of errors. Lovely course for running. The ground is very hard and rocky; this hurt my feet as they get jarred.

Coreball and light weights - a hard session today. This involved strength work for all major body parts.
