Longer run than usual; it was raining lightly. I had planned to go training with Andrew, but he was held up at work. Jogged to the lake, then along the creek and railway line passed Peppergreen Farm to Smith St. Jogged along Smith as it changed name twice, then home from eaglehawk Rd. This was very slow and I felt very sluggish. Longest run for ages...
