Tonight's session was mostly in the umpires changeroom, with boxing gear. We went for a short Street run to break it up. It was a very wet and very cold night.

Interval session at number 7 reservior. Did 3 x 1km intervals after a warm up jog. Group session, with Neil, Andrew Cameron, Darren Eenjes and Jim Russell was there on his bike. It was very cold (about 7 degrees). My time is an estimate.

Course 2 at Upper Crusoe. A cold windy day, but the orienteering was very enjoyable. Some very steep parts were beyond my ability to sustain a running pace. Had a reasonably clean run.
