long slow run 1:16:36 [3] 12.26 km (6:15 / km)
shoes: Salomons

Ran the channel track at No7&Crusoe with Neil. This was a much cooler morning than we have had lately, so we left later than usual. Had planned to run with Louise & Tim, but they started an hour earlier than planned. Neil was pleased because this was the longest run he's done in 2 years.

Step into Life group (Powerflex) 1:00:00 [2]

Rode my bike to and from powerflex this morning. The stretching was great, and I even felt a bit more flexible than usual. Had a coffee with others afterwards, and rode home in the very welcome rain.

MTB ride 25:00 [3] 6.0 km (4:10 / km)

Riding roads and creek trailtoand from Lake Weeroona. The ride home was in the rain.

MTB ride (Railtrail) 2:30:00 [3] 34.0 km (4:25 / km)

This morning we rode from the caravan park near PortFairy to Warrnambool. Near Warrnambool we rode along the road, to avoid the sandy and loose gravel surfaces along the sand dune area.
Stopped for a coffee at a cafe in Koroit, then continued on. The best part was zooming downhill from Koroit.
Enjoyed a good lunch in Warrnambool afterwards.
Times and distance are guesses.

MTB ride 2:41:00 [3] 36.69 km (4:23 / km)

Rode the Warrnambool to Port Fairy rail trail today with Judy. We had a tail wind for half the distance, a cross wind for 1/4, and a head wind for 1/4 of the distance. Much of this trail goes past dairy farms, so there are lots of flies! At least they didn’t bother us when we were riding into the wind. Stayed in a cabin overnight and got a taxi into town for dinner.
