Adelaide park run along the Torrens River path. There were over 400 participants. Good fun, I was the 17th woman finisher and first in my age class. Quite pleased.
As a visitor to the city (we're here for the WOMADelaide festival) I had forgotten to change the time on my watch and my phone hadn't adjusted, so the alarm went half an hour earlier than needed and I was very early for parkrun.

Joined a group session for older adults at the YMCA. It was a really good circuit session with 2mins on each exercise, about 12 stations. Pretty tough session!

Up and down the creek in the middle of the day, it's one of those things I'm getting to enjoy. It's still pretty warm and very windy today. Turned part of the run into a fartlek session.
