Step into Life tonight was pretty tough, but enjoyable because a previous work buddy was there. His wife has been coming to this group for a couple of years.

Group training run with the Step into Life runners. This included some hills, which got my heart rate at max, as well as squats and loops with Rosalind Park. Brunch & coffee at the Corner Store was a good way to finish off.

Orienteering training session using the northern Glenluce map. Hilly mining terrain, hard ground, covered in Chinese scrub so that visibility is tricky in many unexpected areas. I ran where I could and walked in places when I was too puffed. Found myself getting light headed when running hills, suspected low BP. Felt a bit feint at the end. Checked my blood pressure when I got home: 99/55, quite low. Seems I was dehydrated.
