Orienteering training session using the northern Glenluce map. Hilly mining terrain, hard ground, covered in Chinese scrub so that visibility is tricky in many unexpected areas. I ran where I could and walked in places when I was too puffed. Found myself getting light headed when running hills, suspected low BP. Felt a bit feint at the end. Checked my blood pressure when I got home: 99/55, quite low. Seems I was dehydrated.
