This afternoon I ran Course 1 as a practice, and to check the control sites for next weeks event'. I placed tapes at each site as I went, so the time includes a stop at each control site.
The course is supposed to be 5.8 km (5.2km in straight line) but it took me a bit longer using tracks for a few of the legs. Neil thinks it's too long.

Fitness evaluation session, where we maxed out on a number of exercises, rather than having a minute to do asmany reps as possible. Good session.
