Spent half an hour pedaling the exercise bike. This told me i used 450calories. Pedaling is boring, but not while watching Brian Cox and the Planets.... big fan.

Sedgwick North map. Fast, open, vague in places and hilly in other parts. Did course 1 to make up for last weekend’s orienteering admin work.

Walked this morning with Kate. We went to the Royal George Company area and walked some of the tracks in the bushland. Very enjoyable.

Fitness evaluation tonight; I did 9 mins 58 secs for my 2km time trial. Also had push ups, squats, shoulder presses, planks, and speed test.
