Orienteering at Mosquito Creek. Very vague terrain & alovely sunny day to enjoy being out in the bush. Saw a shingle back lizard sunning itself...

Jagged up the creek to Cooinda Park and back. Added 6 sprint intervals, each of 150-200m approx. Jogged home via High St Golden Square; a cyclist had been hit, so traffic was being redirected away from the scene during the emergency.
