Australian long distance orienteering championship in forested but granite strewn hillsides south of Cootamundra. Intricate navigation required in terrain that wasn’t littered with fallen timber, but uneven with lots of rock, so foot placement was considered the whole time. Made an error finding the first control, but after that my navigation improved.

Oceania sprint championship event at the Charles Sturt university campus. I ran in the W55A age class and came mid-field. Made quite a few errors in route choice. Had the fastest time in the finish chute though....

Rode to Crusoe res, did a circuit and rode home. Beautiful day for such fun.

Cardio session included varied running formats as well as some simple circuit activities. My running was limited by my stomach; I’d eaten lunch after 4pm, and it was sloshing around inside.....

Took the powerflex stretch session early this morning, for Jenny, who is away.

Pedalled the gadget for 20mins, at level 3. Got me puffing and sweating
