Went to Axedale today for a womens’ golf clinic (and coffee afterwards). Didn’t chat too long, but went for a training run along the O’Keefe rail trail. It’s a beautiful day for it.

Morning session with 6 members, so I was able to join in. The 3km distance is a guess. Lots of shuttle running this morning.

This evening I took Evan to the cardio session after he’d been studying all day. It was good fun, we both enjoyed it. Lots of varied exercise and games as well as a run off site tonight.

Leisurely morning ride with Neil over the ridge to the Long Gully trail, then along the trail to the Peppergreen Farm where we came across the SIL team having coffee. Rode home along the creek trail via the sourdough bread shop.

Led the tone up session tonight with resistance bands. I didn’t do as much work as the members, had to watch and assist their technique....
