Group run/walk up and down the east side of Mt Alexander, followed by brunch at Skydancers cafe just outside Harcourt. A very enjoyable morning amongst good company in a magnificent place.

Finished the Beeripmo circuit walk, with a detour to Mt Buangor, which is very picturesque and worth adding to the expedition. We were glad to have started on Friday and finished on Saturday, as so many other visitors arrived for the long weekend.

First part of the Beeripmo circuit at Mt Buangor. Additional distance trying to get to the cave from above we didn’t, and now we have a reason to return. Campground was tops (we were the sole occupants that night).

Another heavy weights session, I was feeling rather fatigued, but glad I went.

Took the cardio session this morning; 8 people attended and we went out on a trail run for 4 Kim’s. The rest of the distance comes from assorted running activities on the oval, including my added practice beep test and Illinois Agility Test (study requirements) which I did after everyone else had gone home.

Went trail running with Ilka at Mt Macedon. This was lovely; the big trees are beautiful and there’s greenness all around one when you’re up there. I bombed out and walked towards the end, feeling tired. We had lunch at the Trading Post cafe afterwards, an institution post run there. Lovely time :)
