Worked on a home gym session this morning while Insiders was on TV. Tried to use combinations of compound resistance exercises that worked inner core, outer core while moving. The challenge was to make it a well balanced session. I think it was ok, except for the interrupting phone call from a daughter wanting advice about which senators to write letters to about some legislation before the parliament. Just added to the challenge!

We went walking in the Werribee Gorge today. I had never been there before; it was new territory for me; it was very steep and rocky. It’s a very picturesque gorge, with colourful cliffs each side and the Werribee river at the bottom of this snaking gorge

Trail run with Ilka at Mt Macedon. It was lovely cool weather; I love going there for some soul therapy among the tall trees, cool clear air and lots of green! Finished off with lunch at the Trading Post cafe as usual.
