Long run with Neil this morning after a lazy sleep-in. We jogged from home through the wastelands across past the basketball stadium into the bush. Came across police in an unmarked car on an isolated gravel road asking if we’d seen a white van..... finished with a loop of the Victoria diggings reserve

Walked today for at least 2 hours. First was the walk to. The blood bank to donate plasma this morning. Later in the afternoon I walked to Judy’s place 3.5 - 4 km away. We exchanged Easter eggs then she walked back to our place and I drove her home.

Early morning jog down to the far side of the lake and back. I wanted to experience as few vehicles out and about as possible. T had rained overnight so the roads were wet. Despite few vehicles, they were noisier on the roads than I’d expected. There were a few people out exercising.

Went to the oval and ran some intervals with Mick as he was making another video. Cool down was a walk around the lake and my first bought coffee in over a month. Distance is a guess. It was all run in 20m shuttles....

Note

Went for a walk with Carmel and her new puppy Miss Apricot, (or Cotty). We took about 25 mins to walk to Carmel’s house and then I walked back home via the fruit & veg shop.
