Jogged (mostly) from the motel to the top of Mt Ainslie. It was a leisurely run on a beautiful morning in Canberra. The distance and time are approximate because I forgot to wear my Garmin.

Resistance band session tonight. I had to leave early, so only recorded 45mins.

Attended 2 cardio sessions today. I led the 6am session & jogged 2.5 km while timing the group as they ran their 5km time trial. Attended the 6pm session and participated in the 5km time trial. My time was 26:34.
