Attended the oval for a remote tone up session with heavy weights.

Put in a longer than usual run. From home, up Lily St, over the hill, down Happy Valley Rd to the Long Gully path. Followed this going north-ish to Peppergreen farm, around the back of that, behind the lake and home Via Rosalind Park and MacKenzie St. So many people at the lake, it’s impossible to maintain physical distance there today.

Took 2 x 45min cardio sessions this morning. It was raining, so we kept it under the verandah. Two people attended at 6am and two attended at 7am.
