Took a session with Vanessa. It was mostly cardio but also had some strength exercises included

Took 2 cardio fit classes, the first had 5 participants and the second one had only one person participating. Both times I did the same as everyone else, because many of the tasks were paired activities.

Went to a box HIIT session this evening. It pushed away the cobwebs. My knees are a bit sore and hot after Sunday’s long walk and yesterday’s session with the boys.
