Saturday morning run club. We did the loop around Peppergreen, the milk factory. Showgrounds and back along Arnold St past the hospital. After a hot night no one was pushing the pace

Stretching at the lake in the shade. It’s weeks since I’ve been to one of these sessions. My toes and wrists were stiff and sore, but the rest felt good. It was amazing to watch kayaking races on the lake today. I’ve missed seeing any water based activities for most of the year. Went off to the tennis centre for brunch afterwards
