Ran the MacKenzie Rowan loop anticlockwise so that the ascents were longer and the descents short and steep in comparison

Cardio session taken at the oval. This session was a mix of running, leg strengthening with squats, lunges, star jumps mixed with skipping and mat work: sit ups, ab cycles, mountain climbers and plank leg lifts. Six women attended and worked hard... good start to the day
