Longish slow jog with the Achieve It group this morning. We followed the creek trail north from the lake. Got to Howard Street and turned back. It’s a lovely morning with a clear sky after yesterday’s massive 72mm rain... during which the creek broke its banks in many places. Lots of dead reeds pushed around trees and against bridge pylons.

Went hiking on Mt Macedon with Ilka. We started at Days Picnic Ground, walked to and around Sanitorium Lake, then on to Mt Towrong and back. It was cool, foggy and drizzling the whole time we were there. Had to wear our raincoats.
