Long slow run while I listened to a podcast. Ran along the creek trail to Kangaroo Flat. Turned around at Wesley Street.

Led a box HIIT session early this morning for 5 women. It was a decent workout I think (I’m not that into boxing myself)

Led the cardio session this morning, including running drills, squat and lunge step up & variants, mat work and a street run (which took 22:45). Had 6 people there this morning and it’s nice to see their running endurance improving....
