Easy run this morning along the railway line. Pretty tired after a busy week with work so just covered my watch and tried to relax into the run and we’ll see what happens tomorrow.

Was meant to be 1 easy, 4 steady and 1 easy but that did not happen. Partially due to a late night with work last night and partially down to very icy pavements that were lethal in places which meant picking up the pace could be very dangerous.

Energy pretty low this week and quads still pretty tight today. Just went on an easy run out and back to AECC. Pretty cold and icy this morning too.

Poor run this morning, just tired and feeling a little bit full of the cold. Couldn’t do club session tonight which was a tempo as have the AGM tonight. Was going to do it by myself this morning but body said just to go for an easy run. Quads also still really sore and stiff from Sunday’s long run.

Nice run up at Fetteresso Forrest today with some of the guys. Weather was very crisp, ice in places and snowing at times. Terrain was quite hilly with some steep ascents and descents. Really enjoyed it and should do more runs like this just to watch my ankle as it does roll a lot on this kind of terrain.
