Long run with Maggie on FLR. Walked hills and ran steady on flats and downs. Tired for last 30 but felt like I could keep going. Ate bar at 2:30 - too late. But felt good to get sthg longer

Long hills on Range rd/mtnview loop. Calf feeling a bit looser - stretching & rolling seems to be helping.

10 sets steady climbing. Focus on power hiking form and recovery on downs. Calf felt okay - a bit tight after. Didn’t stretch or roll but should have.
Super slushy & hard. So slow. Maybe last ski of the season? Body felt fine.

Road run in neighbourhood on dry roads. Felt great. Felt some speed (ish) in legs, and some spring. Calf sore but pain moved up- so likely just tightness. Need to keep stretching & rolling.
Tempo run with Brian on range rd with a few long hills. Crazy standstill headwind on return. Calf tender but not changing stride. Sore after. Pushing to keep up with Brian.
