Long run on FLR. Practiced setting no limits on the way out - just run and crest and see what happens. Ran more hills than usual - felt good to see this happen. Note for Nimble Bear - don’t set limits; runnwith curiousity to see what I’m capable of.

L hip sore after - feels like at IT attachment. Specific location.
