Trail long run with Maggie. Mini Golden stage 2. Felt solid. M was hurting and I was stronger. Felt steady and capable of going harder and faster. Surprised to look at my watch and see 20 miles and feel so good. Ate 3 bars, 1/2 pb sandwich, 1/2 banana, 1L tailwind. Steady energy all day. Slightly sore/tight in hips the next day but not bad.

Haeckle Hill with Brent and Maggie. Practicing with poles. Felt stronger going up. Slow going down top half because super slick. Bottom half felt shorter than usual. Good run that didn’t feel too hard. Mini Golden stage 1.
