Shoes still not in.
4x4 bouldering on v3s.

I've gotten a lot faster at completing them.

Shoulders, lower back and core

Mountain climbers x 30 reps
one arm kettle-bell shoulder press w/ 15 lbs weight x 30 reps each arm
one arm lateral/front kettle-bell arm raises w/ 15 lbs weight X 20 each arm
back extensions x 25 reps

TR a bunch with a noob. Got some solid climbs in. Topped out at a 11.d. Couldn't complete because of tired fingers and massive dynos. Wish my arms were just a bit longer.

Led a few routes. Fun stuff with big moves. Felt very comfy on lead today.
